Light Cleans: When your property has been closed up between rental periods and may be dusty and full of insects. The terraces will also require cleaning again especially after rainfall. These charges will only be applied if thought very necessary.

We can arrange for the supply of British Bedding from a local supplier at very reasonable prices.
A single set of bedding consisting of a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillow case in pastel colours which are better for rentals. Matching towels can also be supplied.
The best colour is cream for washing and retaining its looks in the saline water here in Spain.

Backwash
Backwash the filter once a week to keep the filter sand clean.
This will allow the filter to work to its maximum efficiency.
Rinse
This is part of the backwashing process; it rinses the sand in the opposite direction to flush any debris to the waste outlet.
Skimmer Basket Emptied
This is a strainer basket to catch any surface debris from entering the filter system.
Pump Basket Emptied
This is emptied to allow the pump to turnover the maximum amount of water.
It also protects the pump from debris.
Replacement Items
The sand will require changing between two to five years. We also do replacement pumps and filters.Note: Any replacement parts for pool and garden will be charged at extra cost if over the value of 30,00 euros.
Vacuum
This is carried out to remove any debris on the bottom of the pool.
We also brush the bottom and sides to loosen any debris or dead algae.
Water Testing
This is probably the most important part of all maintenance.
We test for correct chlorine levels in the pool.
Ph levels are also very important in order for the chlorine to work efficiently and to prevent eye irritation and ear infection.
We add anti algae chemicals to keep this at bay.
We also test for cynuric acid levels which can affect chlorine efficiency.
Chemical Supplied & Added
We only use top quality chlorine tablets and ph regulators which have other chemicals added to improve water quality and clarity.
Tile Band Cleaned
The tiled area round the water line often has a build-up of grease and sun-tan lotion especially in peak season. This needs to be cleaned on a regular basis with grease dissolving chemicals.
Garden Maintenance
Weeding is carried out as required.
Irrigation system checked weekly for blocked jets and low battery levels in the timer.
Any infestation treatment is carried out when required.
Cutting back is carried out in order to promote fresh growth, especially in the spring.
Palms can be cut on request at an extra cost.
